Khyva Hampers can be delivered directly to your door or straight to the recipient. We do not include any invoices or receipts in the parcel, just a card with your personalised message. DHL Courier Service.

All our hampers are hand delivered by DHL courier. A tracking email/text will be sent to the contact details information provided when you order.

We suggest providing the recipients details to allow them to manage their delivery with an option to reschedule or leave in a safe place. Rest assured, we won’t ruin the surprise, they will only know a package is on its way to them.

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For Saturday delivery please email sales@khyva.com before ordering.

Flower Hampers Delivery (Mon-Fri) - £9.95
All flower hampers are for UK delivery only. Delivery time is up to 5 full working days. For any weekends deliveries please contact us. A nominated date can be selected at checkout, please allow at least 5 working days.

Here at Khyva HQ, we call it the ‘luxury unboxing experience’.

Our signature hampers are presented in a complimentary debossed Khyva grey pearl gift box, packaged with luxury branded tissue paper and tied with grosgrain ribbon, finished off with a pearlescent card that holds a personal message.

If you have designed your own hamper, don’t forget to add your gift wrapping & packaging so we can capture your message for the card and delivery details.

PRODUCT CARE

We advise that you do not water or add any water to the Oasis foam (green absorbent foam) and the hamper is kept open to allow the flowers to breathe. The flowers should not be kept in direct sunlight or close to an air conditioning unit or heater.

Once the flowers are at the end of their lifecycle, carefully remove them and add them to the compost heap or recycling bin, then dispose of the Oasis foam as general waste.

Any leftover packaging can be removed and the KHYVA gift box should remain in good condition and kept as a keepsake box.

OTHER INFORMATION

The flowers or foliage are not edible, and we advise against consumption of either. They are for decoration purposes only.

Each hamper will last up to 2 days, most will last longer, however this is dependent on multiple factors, such as weather or varieties of flower/foliage.

As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source products accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a specific flower, on this occasion, it may differ slightly from the picture.
